This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has an 80-acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Chenango County, New York. This hunting lease is in WMU (7P) and close to Norwich. I have not inspected this lease. I will inspect in the spring as soon as the snow is gone. There is almost 900 yards of road frontage. The property goes uphill from the road. The north border is a state forest with over 1000 acres. Landowner stated she sees deer and turkey on the property. There is a 15-acre fenced in pasture that the neighbor in the spring will have some cows on. There is a farm trail that goes around pasture and uphill. The bottom is a wetland area that dries out in the summer and fall. There are scattered apple trees on the hunting lease. The landowner walked the property on 16th of January 2026 and saw lots of deer tracks. Chenango County is a great turkey area and a sleeper for good bucks - I shot my personnel best NY buck on a lease in Chenango County (in my pic on website).
